The Mathilde Dress was originally designed by Alli Marye for a client who wanted a custom wedding dress with removable puff sleeves, a square neckline, and a shorter length for her wedding reception. This dress can also become reversible with contrast bias binding as shown in the listing photos. This is a classic feminine design that is dynamic for formal or informal wear. The dress features a lovely square neckline that beautifully frames your collarbone a natural waistline and a gathered skirt to create an hourglass silhouette. The bodice has two bust darts and a 1” seam allowance for getting that perfect fit. Flattering for every body type this is a timeless piece to add to your capsule wardrobe that you will make again and again.

* Additional fabric is required when not pre-shrunk, matching plaids/stripes, or for directional prints or nap fabrics and for plus-sizes. Due to the large number of sizes please print and assemble the pattern to determine the exact fabric amount you need.
